Lord Atisha
Dipamkara Shrijñana (972–1054)

Known more popularly as Lord Atisha, this holy teacher travelled to Tibet at
a somewhat advanced age and taught there for the remainder of his life.
Wrote The Jewel Garland, his personal instruction on the key elements that
are essential for Mahayana dharma practitioners to develop and complete
their spiritual training.
